Good to know

What happens when I register?

You choose a plan and enter your bank details. The first month is charged right at registration; after that the subscription runs monthly via SEPA direct debit and you are active immediately. Cancel monthly.

What does 'AC chargers up to 22 kW only' mean for the AC plan?

AC Proxilink Dynamic (€89) is meant for a single AC charger up to 22 kW, with one tariff and one API connection. We check this automatically via the OCPP data flowing through our link. If we detect a DC charger, more than 22 kW, or the API key from multiple sources, all functions are temporarily stopped and you receive an email. For DC chargers, multiple tariffs or unlimited use, choose DC Proxilink Dynamic.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. The new price takes effect from your next billing date.

Can I cancel monthly?

Yes, all subscriptions can be cancelled monthly. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

Does Proxilink work with my existing chargers?

Proxilink connects with the common back offices and OCPP-compatible chargers. During registration we test the connection to your chargers live straight away.

How does invoicing to my customers work?

Fully automatic. QR sessions are settled instantly, fleet partners are invoiced by Proxilink and reservation fees are processed directly. You receive the proceeds, we handle the admin.
